This course is beneficial to staff to gain an understanding of having good objectives and competencies and how they contribute to an effective appraisal system.

Participants will gain an awareness of what performance management is as well as the importance of employee engagement, personal development plans and appraisal systems.

This course forms part of the of the care management training but can be taken as an individual course.
