Description
From attending this course and reviewing own organisations CQC report, participants will gain an understanding of the strengths and areas for improvement within their own place of work.
Participants will gain an awareness of legislation and regulations under the Health and Social Care Act 2008 (Regulated Activities) Regulations 2014 and the role of registered managers and others within their own organisation.
This course forms part of the of the care management and care leadership training but can be taken as an individual course.
