This course is for those who uses a computer on a regular basis and will give participants an under-standing of health and safety requirements, the legal framework and guidelines of the HSE (Health and Safety Executive). This course is delivered in line with HSE guidelines and equips delegates with a knowledge of how to adjust a workstation to meet these guidelines, whilst also fulfilling personal re-quirements.
