This course will give participants the skills and knowledge needed to be able to act in an emergency and provide the casualty with critical life-saving assistance until support arrives.

Participants will gain first aid knowledge and practical competence required to be able to help someone and potentially save a life.

Participants will demonstrate how to give CPR on a manikin, assist a choking casualty and put a casualty into the recovery position
