This course is for individuals who want to gain an understanding of and train others in safeguarding adults and whistleblowing in the workplace as well as gain an in-depth understanding of safeguarding issues as well as the ability to answer the most difficult questions on the topic.

Participants will learn a range of teaching methods and public speaking skills which will enhance the ability of the trainer to de-liver an effective training session in the subject. Upon completion of the course, the organisation will benefit from having a safeguarding trainer and advisor on site.
