Description
This course is for individuals who want to be able to advise and assess people in a care environment in the safe moving and assisting of people.
Participants will learn how to be able to practically apply a range of moving and handling techniques in the workplace and will gain an in-depth undersanding of biomechanics and efficient movement. A large proportion of this course focuses on training methods and classroom management strategies.
Once the course has been completed, the employing organisation will benefit from having a moving and handling instructor / assessor on site.
