This course is for those who works with or has contact, with children, young people and/or their families and gives an insight into duty of care and the implementation of safe practice.

Participants will gain an awareness of child safeguarding and the issues surrounding it including recognising child abuse and responding to concerns accordingly in line with policies and guidelines.
